- Delta Rae’s debut single on The Valory Music Co. is “A Long and Happy Life.”
- The members of Delta Rae are three siblings, Ian Hölljes (vocals and guitar), Eric Hölljes (vocals, guitar, piano and keys) and Brittany Hölljes (vocals), as well as Elizabeth “Liz” Hopkins (vocals), Mike McKee (percussion) and Grant Emerson (bass guitar).
- While three of the members of Delta Rae are related and the other three are not, Brittany says, “Musically, our kinship just feels like destiny. There is a synergy and musical compassion between us that makes playing with one another emotional and magical. Those moments we share are raw and personal.”
- The boys in Delta Rae are protective of Brittany and Liz, but Brittany says at this point they mostly just get out of the way because the girls do a pretty good job of taking care of themselves.
- Brittany says she is not really a sentimental person except when it comes to things like Christmastime at her parents’ house or when she has to throw away a pair of ole, worn out flip-flops.
