NASHVILLE, TN – (October 18, 2024) – Multi-PLATINUM singer-songwriter Riley Green elevates his already skyrocketing career with today’s release of his highly anticipated third studio album, Don’t Mind If I Do. This album marks a thrilling continuation of Green’s hot streak, solidifying his status as one of the genre’s most exciting stars, garnering millions of streams and a dedicated following. The 18-track project, which arrived today (on Green’s birthday no less) via Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment, features Green’s signature sound, a pitch perfect balance between heartfelt and humorous lyrics and a blend of relatable storytelling with infectious melodies.

“It feels fitting that this album is out on my birthday because this project feels very true to who I am, where I come from and what I’ve learned along the way,” shared Green. “I learned to play guitar to my granddaddy’s favorite Country songs from back in the day and this new album is a throwback to the era when I first became a fan.”

Don’t Mind If I Do delivers more of the signature Riley Green sound that fans can’t get enough of. Dann Huff produced the project along with Executive Producers Scott Borchetta and Jimmy Harnen and continues down the path set forth with Ain’t My Last Rodeo, leaning even further into pulling inspiration from his small-town life in rural Alabama to deliver an honest and relatable perspective on life. Currently on an incredible ascent, Green’s well-earned confidence in his work shines through with five of the tracks being solely written including standouts “Jesus Saves,” “Worst Way” and the title track—which finds Green reuniting with his “you look like you love me” duet partner Ella Langley, with whom he shares the viral hit track that has quickly amassed nearly 200 million global streams and is currently climbing at Country radio. Tune in to NBC’s TODAY Show on October 22 to catch the pair perform the hit live.

Last month, Green announced his new album, celebrated the grand opening of Riley Green’s Duck Blind, earned a CMA nomination for Musical Event of the Year for “you look like you love me” and revealed his extensive headlining ‘Damn Country Music Tour,’ with a video that has folks questioning if it’s “the best tour announcement ever” (Whiskey Riff/Country Now). The creative tour announcement gave a nod to the classic “Smokey and the Bandit” with a video featuring the Country star and all of his opening acts. The tour, set to kick off March 27 in Abbotsford, BC, Canada, sold 100,000+ tickets within eight hours. To purchase tickets, visit Riley Green’s website. Additional dates to be announced in the coming months.

During Green’s album release party at Riley Green’s Duck Blind last night (October 17), executives from Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment and Big Machine Label Group presented the singer/songwriter with a GOLD-certified plaque for “Worst Way.” Additionally, Green’s There Was This Girlis now certified 2X PLATINUM by RIAA. This announcement comes on the heels of Green receiving a plaque to commemorate his self-penned hit “I Wish Grandpas Never Died” going 3X PLATINUM.

ABOUT RILEY GREEN

Riley Green has been compelling Country music fans to raise a drink, shed a tear, and, above all, celebrate where they are from, since first releasing his self-titled EP in 2018 with Big Machine Label Group. His songs like the No. 1 PLATINUM hit “There Was This Girl,” the 3X-PLATINUM-certified heart-tugger “I Wish Grandpas Never Died” (which he performed live at the 55th ACM Awards), and his chart-topping PLATINUM collab with Thomas Rhett, “Half of Me,” have made Riley synonymous with what Country music does best: making listeners feel something with his no-gimmick, relatable writing and classic feel.

An avid sports fan, former athlete (Jacksonville State University quarterback) and outdoorsman, Riley is riding a wave of success after being named the Academy of Country Music’s 2020 New Male Artist of the Year, a former MusicRow Breakout Artist of the Year, a CMT “Listen Up Artist,” and one of CRS’s 2020 New Faces. In 2023 Green served as direct support for Morgan Wallen and Luke Combs, playing to an average of 65,000 fans each night. Recently Green has wrapped his own headlining Ain’t My Last Rodeo tour, bringing out Tracy Lawrence and Ella Langley with him. Combs joined Riley on his third No. 1 single “Different ‘Round Here (Ft. Luke Combs),” the title track to Riley’s 2019 debut album that he re-recorded with Combs after seeing how fans connected to it.

The singer-songwriter’s third studio album, produced by Dann Huff, Don’t Mind If I Do arrived on his birthday, October 18 with more of the signature Riley Green fans have come to know and love from the good ol’ boy who still lives in his hometown of Jacksonville, AL. Currently on an incredible hot streak, Green’s well-earned confidence in his work shines through across the 18-track set with five of the tracks being solely written including standouts “Jesus Saves,” GOLD certified “Worst Way” and the title track—which finds Green reuniting with his “you look like you love me” duet partner and tourmate Ella Langley.
