Ronnie Dunn recently revealed that in addition to readying a new album, which will be released in October and feature his new single, “Damn Drunk,” he’s also been spending some time redesigning and redecorating vintage airstream trailers. In fact, he has almost completed a renovation of an airstream for his good friend, Reba. Ronnie says, She calls one day out of the blue and she says, ‘Hey, I bought an airstream, would you get your guys’—the guys I use, we’re always building stuff and tinkering with things— ‘would you guys go in and design and do the airstream for me?’ So, I took ten steps back and took a deep breath and dove into it, and it’s almost finished, and we’ve had a blast doing it.”
And this isn’t your everyday airstream. Ronnie says, “Only thing left to do right now is to polish the outside, and we’re ready for it—she has a pad built out by the lake. It rocks, has surround sound satellite TV, antique French floors, it’s over the top!”
Once Ronnie is done with Reba’s airstream he has two of his own in his backyard that he’s ready to dive into renovating. Ronnie says he enjoys renovating airstreams because it’s another great creative outlet.

“I have a collection of pictures and stuff and ideas that I’ve wanted to do forever. I wanted to do vintage airstreams, not just new stuff.
