(AUDIO) TIM McGRAW BEAMS WITH PRIDE OVER HIS DAUGHTER GRACIE’S MUSICAL TALENTS

Tim McGraw is a proud father of three beautiful girls, and his oldest daughter, Gracie, makes him especially proud as he watches her discover and pursue her own musical talents.  Tim says, “It’s amazing. First of all, she’s far more talented than I ever am or ever will be. At 18, she’s already way more ahead of the game than I ever was or will be. She’s just got such a beautiful voice and there’s not a lot that I need to tell her. It’s just to sit back and watch her experience music and experience music from all sides.”

Gracie’s musical style is a combination of some powerhouse singers according to Tim.  “She’s a Fleetwood Mac fan, she’s a fan of sorta this modern garage punk, she’s a fan of Adele, she’s a fan of Barbara Streisand. So she’s got all these different influences and it comes out in her interpretation of it. That’s really amazing to me. I think that she’s really a great artist. Her voice is sorta a combination of Adele meets Janis Joplin. It’s really amazing to hear her sing and she’s a great songwriter too, which is such a great talent and so far ahead of the game at 18 years old.”

Gracie sings with her dad on a song called “Here Tonight,” on his Damn Country Music album, which also features his current single, “How I’ll Always Be.”
